Vehicle Intelligence. From the Inside Out.
Built by the engineers who designed the systems. Powered by the data that matters.
Our Foundation
BIG Intelligence is a vehicle intelligence company built by engineers who spent their careers inside the industry. We give consumers and manufacturers something that didn’t exist before: an objective, data-driven measure of whether a vehicle delivers on its brand promise.
Our team brings decades of combined experience across multiple major automotive manufacturers — spanning vehicle programs in quality engineering, systems design, reliability methodology, and production validation. We hold 10 US patents in automotive systems. We’ve seen the decisions that create quality gaps from the inside.
Our Brand DNA methodology isn’t a marketing exercise — it’s an engineering assessment built on the same rigor we applied inside vehicle programs. We understand the V-model, the validation processes, and the trade-offs that shape every vehicle on the road. Now we’re making that knowledge public.
Why We Built the Truth Gap
Every year, automakers spend billions telling consumers what their vehicles stand for. Quality. Safety. Innovation. Performance. But no one was measuring whether those promises held up. We built the Truth Gap to answer one question: does the vehicle you’re buying deliver what the brand is selling you? The answer is now public — for every vehicle sold in the United States.
“The distance between a brand’s promise and an owner’s reality isn’t a feeling — it’s a number. We built the framework to calculate it.”
